I report on the accounts and financial ststements of the charityfor the yearended 31st March 2025 which
are set out on the following pages.
Respectlve responsibilities of directors and examiner
The charity's directors are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the terms
of the Charities and Trustee Investment {Scotiand) Act 2005 (the Acti and the Charities Accounts
(SGotlandl Regulations 2006 (the AGGounts Reguiationsl. The charities directors consider that the audtt
requirement of Regulation 10111 {a) to {c) of the 2006AGGounts Regulationsdoes not apply. It is my
responsibilityto examine the financial statements as required under section 44(1) (cl of the Act and to
state whether matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's statement
My examination was carried out in aGGordance with regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations. An
examination includes a review ofthe aGcounting records kept bythe charity and a Gomparison ofthe
8ccounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the financial statements and seekingexplanationsfrom you 8s Directors concerning any
such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide allthe evidence thatwould be required in 8n
audit and Gonsequently I do not express an audrt opinion on theview gr¥en bythe accounts.

bycharities preparingtheir accounts in accordance with the Financial Reportingstandard in the UK and
Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 and in other respects comply wtth regu18tion 8 of the Accounts Regulations
have not been met, or
2. To vthich. in rnyopinion. attention should be drawn to enable a proper understandingof the accounts
to be reached.
