Objectives: The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund at their sole discretion to make grants, loans or payments out of the income or capital of the Trust Fund to or in furtherance of the following objects: (a) The protection and restoration of buildings and artifacts of architectural, historical, educational or other interest in Kintyre with a view to securing public access to such buildings and the permanent display for the benefit of the public of such artifacts for the purpose of education, research, study or recreation. (b) The provision, development and improvement of facilities for the instruction and education of the public regarding the Kintyre countryside and its flora and fauna, the conservation and preservation for the benefit of the public of its natural beauty and amenity and the securing of public access to the Kintyre countryside for the purposes of education, research, study or recreation. and (c) Such other purpose or purposes charitable in law as the Trustees shall from time to time determine.
