**Purposes:** 'the advancement of education','the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended','the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage'

**What the charity does:** We are a youth work charity working with young people aged 10-26 year old within the Eildon West area. We provide a range of youth work services including drop-ins, streetwork, parents groups, 1-1 support, work, school work, transitions support and activity programmes.

**Objectives:** (1) To relieve the needs, distress and suffering of young persons residing in the Operating Area with a view to improving their condition of life. (2) To advance education among young people who are residents of the Operating Area and, in particular, so as to develop their physical, mental, social and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society. (3) To provide facilities within the Operating Area for recreation and other leisure time occupation available to young persons with a view to improving their conditions of life. (4) To promote, establish, operate and/or support other schemes of a charitable nature for the benefit of the residents of the Operating Area.
