(ii) Making representations on behalf of people who are deaf and/or hearing impaired. (iii) Making available information to, for, and on behalf of, people who are deaf and/or hearing impaired. (iv) Encourage training of those working with the above fore-mentioned group. (v) Promoting appropriate services.
