Much of the grant income was due lo us having a dedicated Fundraising and Partnetships ManageT who knows the work of our Association at first hand. and who is able lo write bKls of the hmjhesl qualty demonstrating the impact of the Work we do As a consequence of this additional income we were able to appoint a Senior ManagerlDirector who facilitaled our move from being a non-incorporated charity to a ￿n9 scio. In February. we promted tsyo of our devel¢)pment workers to the role of Operatsons Manager on a job share basis.
