## Accounts

The Management Committee have elected to produce the alternative form of accounts and the receipts and Payment Account and the Statement of Balances for the year to 31 January 2025. The Accounts have been examined by and the Committee.

## Review of the Year

The Club have organised an extensive range of activities during the year, all of which meet the objectives of the Club. This year we gained a number of new members, which is great for the continuation of the Club. However the club has suffered a great financial loss throughout this year. The auditor has highlighted the main areas that have contributed to this. The Beith YFC committee for the year 25/26 aim to improve on these areas and regain a healthy profit for the club and its members.

## Future Development

The Club will continue to organise activities which meet the object of the Club. In the coming years we would like to introduce new activities into our syllabus to appeal to all members interests helping to broaden the range of skills. We hope to give our members as much experience in their areas of interest so that they can take this experience further into competition.

The clubs long term objective is to continue to promote the cultural education and training of young people giving them the life skills they need to be successful in and outside the club environment. We hope to create a fuller realisation of the duties and responsibilities of citizenship by providing social amenities and means of a healthy recreation.

By order on the management Committee on Monday 3[rd] March 2025.

The club is affiliated to the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs, contactable through: SAYFC

Young Farmers Centre Ingilston Edinburgh EH28 8NE

The accounts for the year are attached, and form part of this report. This report was approved by the Management Committee on 3[rd] March 2025. Signed

on behalf of the Management Committee:
