Charitable Purposes — The provision and maintenance of a church building for worship and fellowship in Lerwick
To supply facilities, material, accommodation and personne! for the encouragement and opportunity for young people to socialise, receive moral guidance and engage in bible study and principles. We also provide opportunities where youth can spend time together and take part in sports activity.
We have provided social evenings and free lunches for senior citizens and the personnel required.
All these are provided free of charge.
Financial support is given to other registered charities which we feel are providing good service to the public. These donations are made to charities operating within Britain & Overseas to orphanages, care homes and in disaster situations around the world.
Reserves — We continue to hold a modest reserve to cover unforeseen repair work and any emergency
situation.
Neither trustees nor any of our church members receive any remuneration for their work associated with the church.
