TRUSTEES REPORT
The Trustees present their report and the accounts of the charity for the year to 31 March 2025.
Governin8 Document
The Church is a charitable religious organisation and its purposes and administrative
arrangements are Set out in the constitution.
Charitable Purposes
The purposes. as set out in the constitution. are the advancement of the Christian faith.
Review of Business
Tho annual accounts show a deficit for the year of £3599.99.
During the year £6990 was spent on a new boiler and repairs to fire doors and the front pathwav.
The church continues to enjoy God's blessing and acknowledges His goodness in many ways
including finance, and trusts in Him for the f uture.
Reserves
li is not the policy of the church to accumulate funds but to spend them wisely. and as God leads
each year in evangelism, teaching. carc. fellowship and worship. It is the church's aim to allow
each individual to fulf ill their God given purpose, and those outside Hi5 kin8dom to be reached
with the message of salvation in Christ. To this end moneys are expended in the local community,
across Scotland and abroad via various Christian organisations. The church tithes its intome
annually. as a minimum. by way of gifts in this way.
The trustees consider that the individual funds balances will enable the church to continue as Usual in
the forthcoming year and 5UPPOrt its plans.
Future Developments
There are no specific development plans In place at this time.
Miscellaneous
Following the church's agreement to a change in the status of the pastor from 'full-time' to 'part-time'
towards the end of 2022, Rev. Collins has continued in his position with Bethany Trust (also part-time).
The church finances continue to benefit from this arrangement as can be seen in the receipts and
payments account for the year.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2025 which are set out on
paees I to 6.
Respective responsiblllties of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustpps are re£ponsiblp fclr the prpparation of the accounts in accordance with the
terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2QK15 and the Charities Accounts
(Scotlandl Regulations 2006. The charity trustees con51der that the audit requirement of
Regulation 10 (l>ldl of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to
examine the accounts as required under section 44111(c} of the Act and to State whether
particular matters have come to my attention.
Basi5 of independent examiner'5 Statement
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts
(Scotlandl Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with these records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeks explanations from
the trustee5 concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the
evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion
on the view given by Ihe account5.
Independent examiner's statement
In the course of my examination. no matter has come to my attention
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material aspect the fequirements-
