## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

Broxburn Pre-School Play Group is a registered charity (Scottish Charity No. SC021094). It is governed by its constitution. 

It is headed by a committee appointed at an AGM or EGM. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

Our objectives are to:- 

Create a learning environment for preschool children 

The main activities carried out through the year have been: 

Working with pre-school children and young people; 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

The achievements of the charity during the financial period have been:- 

To create an enhanced learning and development environment. 

## **Financing** 

Reserves policy 

The playgroup ensures that reserve funds are deposited in appropriate easily accessible interest paying  bank account. 

## **Declaration** 

The members of the committee would like to thank those who contribute their time and energy in order that BPPG can provide the service that it does.
