**What the charity does:** Provide opportunities for adults with learning disabilities to socialise with friends and volunteers. We supply venues and activities at club nights twice a week.

**Objectives:** The charity's purpose is to provide leisure and social activities for adults with a learning disability living in Helensburgh and the surrounding area.   Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the income and assets of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
