**What the charity does:** To offer friendship and support to members, to promote the understanding of mental health issues, to try and reduce stigma associated with mental health issues and to work with the authorities to seek the best levels of health service provision for those suffering from or recovering from mental illness. We provide a weekly drop in facility. Organise occasional bus trips. Organise social events like a Christmas party and Burns suppers and publish a quarterly newsletter containing advice and information.
