**What the charity does:** To collect and exhibit Bressay History in our Heritage Centre.  To provide research facilities from our archives.  To provide family history to those with a connection to Bressay.  We are open to all three days a week and by appointment.

**Beneficiaries:** 'No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'

**Objectives:** In furtherance of these aims and objects:      (a) to preserve, exhibit and publish for the benefit,   enjoyment and education of the public, items of   Bressay folklore,· tradition, place names, dialect,   manuscripts, publications, pictorial and   photographic records.      (b) to co-operate with other bodies whose aims and   objects are similar to that of the Trust:      c) carry out such other purpose or purposes charitable   in law as sha].l be thougl1t appropriate at any time   and from time to time and to do all things as will   pro per 1 y at t a i nth e abo v e p u rp 0 s e s • The purposes   and objects set out in this clause are hereinafter   c.alled 'the purposes of the Trust'.
