The Trustèes pr•sent their report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025.
Constltution and Organisational Stru¢twe
The organisation was constitlrtgd by a Deed of Trl￿ on 4 N¢)vgmber 1992 and recorded as a charity
from that date.
The trustees are appointsd by Invltation )nd with a view to bringtng the requisite skills ar¢d a variety
of representative interests. An executive treasurer has been appointed to condurt and manage the
Trusvs financial and general business affairs.
Obi8ctlws and Actlvltlos
The prI￿1paI objectives and activities of the Tr(tst are to provide finanrial support to rèligious or
charitable organi5atiiJrt Set up for the advancement of the Christian fatth an¢Yor the relièf of poverty
and to provide financial support to families and individuals working for such organi5ations.
In furtherance of the Trust's objectives the trustees were able to grve grants to indNidua15 and other
organisations during the year totalling £3.2SO12024- £1.6501.
Flnan¢ial Infonnation
There was a defiat for the year of £29912024: Surplus £1821 and a reservè of funds of £2612024:
£3251 which the Trustees considor to be ad4uate for the purposes ol the Trust. Dètails are given
in the accourrts and notes.
Reserve5 poIIcy
The Trust carries financial res8rves of a level that 15 considered suitable and necessary for the future
work of the Trust.

employees. any risk 1$ largely assothated wth fraud and error. Thè trustees are of the opinion that
tho Trust has adequatè systems in place to minimise any risk in these a￿a5.
Taxation
The Trust Is recognised as a charity by the Inland Revenuè. There is therefor• no liabilty to taxation
on any of its income.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2025 which are set out on pages
4and5.

The charitys trustees are rnsponsible for the p￿paratIon of the accounts in accordance bwth the
term5 of the Charities and Trustee Investmont (Scotlandl Art 2￿5 and the Charities Accounts
(Scotland) Regulations 2(J)6. The charty trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation
10(11 Idl of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibilr(y to examinè the accounts
as required under section 44111 Icl of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to
my attention.
Basls of Indopendont examimrfs statemort
My •xamination is cèrried out in a¢￿dan￿ with Regulation 11 of the Charitie5 Accounts {Scotlandl
Regulations 2006. An examination includes a revÈew of the accounting re¢ords kept by tho charity
and a comparison of the accounts prèsgnted with those re¢ords. It also includes consideration of ary
unusual items or disdosu￿s in the accounts and 5￿kS explanations from the trustee5 COn￿rning any
such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the eviden￿ that would bè r￿￿1￿d in
an audit and Consequently I do not expre55 an audit opinion on the view given by the account$.

In the coursè of my examin4tion. no matter ha5 come to my attention
1. which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect thé requbrements:
to keep accounting records in accordance wlth Sertion 44111 lal of the 2005 Act and
Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations. and
to prepare accounts which accord y￿th the accounting records and comply with
Regulation 9 of tho 2(M)6 Acctyjnts R•gulation5 have not been mèt. or
