The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan
with the terms of the Charrties and Trustee Investment {Scollandl 2005 Act and the
Chanties Accounts {Scollandl Regulab"ons 20[￿ The charity trustees consider that the
audit requirement of Regulats"on 10111 {al lo Icl ofthe Accounts Regulations d￿S not
apply. 11 is my responsibility lo examine the accounts as required under section 44111 Icl
of the Act and lo stale whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent My examination is carried out in accordance wth Regulation 11 of the Charities

accounb.ng recofds kept by the chanty and a comparison of the accounts p￿sented with
those records. 11 also includes consideration of any unusual rtems or disclosures in the
accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees conceming any such m8tters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audit
and, consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
