ENE District is set up to support scouting in ENE District, Edinburgh and oversees 15 scout groups and where it is able: pays the subscription fee the groups are due to scout HQ and Regional scouts organises / helps fund camps and activities for the groups in the District distributes grants to the groups, where funding allows provides loans to groups to help fund scouting / buildings used for scouting provides grants to young people selected for Jamborees contributes to training that will enhance contributions to scouting
