**What the charity does:** The Jane Moore Trust is dedicated to the advancement of education, health, and citizenship for children and young people in Scotland. We provide high-quality, responsive services for neurodivergent individuals, those with care experience, and their families to help them overcome barriers and reach their full potential. We achieve this by delivering bespoke, trauma-informed education at our Dunkeld Campus and providing &#x27;In-Touch&#x27; transition services for young adults up to age 26. Our work includes psychological support, employability training, and family-focused advocacy, ensuring our beneficiaries and their support networks have the tools they need for a successful and stable future.

**Objectives:** (a)	To advance education and promote the support, care and education of children by providing services for their benefit (b)	To advance health and promote the support and wellbeing for children and families by providing services for their benefit (c)	The advancement of citizenship or community development, by providing training to those seeking professional development including qualifications to enable them to work or further develop expertise within the care and education sectors.  (d)	To advance the arts, heritage, culture or science by fostering and undertaking research into any aspects of the Objects of the Company and its work and to disseminate the results of any such research.
