The East Yell Public hall is a charity that is non-profit and solely benefits the community both young and older. The project aim is to make a communal hub for all generations of people where they can come together and have somewhere local that is safe, warm and welcome. The hall is currently being set up as a resilience hub where help can be provided to whoever needs it, we hope this will further promote helping all people in the community and bringing people together, particularly those that have limited interaction with others.

Beneficiaries: 'No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'

Objectives: The said subjects and the building erected thereon (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trust subjects') are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of East Yell and environs without distinction of political, religious and other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
