Achievements and performance Summary ofthe main achievements of the charity during the financial period

The Trust enjoyed regular meetings with Trustees in the routine venue of our associate aviation museum, Morayvia. Here we enjoy updates from the volunteers maintaining the Trust's existing display, and Its planned migration to a more dedicated housing within a Handley Page Dart Herald static aircraft. Following review of the infrequent applications for bursaries which the Trust receives, it was agreed that we would explore distributing our surplus funding to encourage young people in to aviation careers. This is likely to be accomplished by affiliating the Trust with the British Young Pilots organisation, with whom talks have already begun. The Trust plans to deliver funding for this when the weather supports air experience flights in 2026.

MAATIC Project and UHI Moray College

A full history of the history of this project was included in the 2024 report. As was noted there £2.810 was reimbursed
trom UHI Moray College during the current year and subsequently the equipment which had been purchased from the
Original grant of £8,000 was recovered.
The Trustees sought to find an alternative use for this equipment within a charitable organisation with a direct interest
In aviation. Unfortunately no such organisation has been identified. Subsequent to the year end the equipment was
sold, on the open market, for the sum of £1,123. This will be included in the receipts and payments accounts to 30
June 2026.
The trustees declare that they have approved the trustees’ report above.
