## **Achievements and performance** 

|**Summary of the main achievements**<br>**of the charity during the financial**<br>**period**|Lorn toy library provided three stay and play sessions every week on a<br>consistent basis, cancellations are low again compared with previous<br>years.<br>We continue to build our resilience in managing staffing issues.<br>Attendance at sessions is building steady and increasing in consistency<br>across the year, with the usual peaks and troughs associated with<br>weather and holidays.<br>Uptake of free snacks as introduced has been high and will continue.<br>Our programme of service visits has been very well received and<br>feedback from our member survey and NHS data demonstrates robust<br>uptake of this support when it is consistently available.<br>Toy hires to individuals and organisations in the form of large bundles<br>and party hires has been prioritised to help to generate income from out<br>with our regular/current member community.<br>The introduction of the sling library has been warmly welcomed by<br>the community, with steady uptake from families keen to try slings before<br>committing to purchase.<br>Communication Champion and Sleep Action training has been<br>completed, enabling us to implement a programme of targeted support in<br>2026. This will provide early intervention for families in key areas of<br>childhood development, helping to reduce stress and improve overall<br>wellbeing.<br>Our members feedback for 2025 regarding their experience during stay<br>and play sessions was very positive, both in terms of the quality of the<br>toys and equipment available and the pricing.<br>Fundraising and engagement at local events has been very successful,<br>with a high level of support from our Committee and members; bingo<br>night, Charities Day, Winter Festival installation, home-made stalls and a<br>coffee morning, we’ve had a lot a fun along the way!|
