**What the charity does:** The Lorn Toy Library is a community led toy lending library.  It provides a range of services to the local community including stay and play sessions, a sling library and a nappy library, as well as the toy library.  Children's right to play is at the heart of everything that the Lorn Toy Library does, and it is dedicated to supporting parents and carers to learn about the importance of play to their child's development.  We are passionate about reducing the waste associated with the toy industry and through the toy library encourage parents to hire toys to reduce the volume of new toys purchased, and often only played with a few times.
