**What the charity does:** The Centre maintains a high level of occupancy throughout the year, serving as a venue for numerous local clubs and groups focused on fitness, wellbeing, and arts and crafts classes. Furthermore, the space facilitates critical outreach services.

**Objectives:** (a) To promote the well'being of the Community resident in the District      of Helmsdale (hereinafter i called' the neighbourhood') without distinction    of sex. or political, religious or other opinions, by associating the Local·    Authorities, Voluntary Organisations arid Residents in a common effort to    further health, to advance education, to provide a meeting place and .    facilities for physical and mental training and recreation, and social,    moral and intellectual development, and to foster a community spirit for    the acheivement of these and other such objects as may be by law be deemed    to be charitable.         (b) To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of a    Community Centre (hereinafter called' The Centre') for activities promoted I,  by the Association and it's constituent bodies in furtherance of the above objects, or any of them.
