As church membership continues to grow, an Associate Pastor was appointed. In addition, the church is in the process of conv¢rtin& to a SCIO, with all activity and assets transfe￿ing to the new SCIO (Cornton Bapiist Church SCIO) on 31 March 2024. Significant highlights, events and developments of note in the year include th¢ following.. In relation lo Activities.. • The church's liv¢str¢am ¢quipment continues to be iitilis¢d ea¢h week allowing us to broadcast our services via the intemet thus enabling us lo reach not only our own members bui also a wider audience. A hybrid model conlinues to remain in place, with d live broxdcast continuing for those unable to attend in person. Our praycr mcctings takc place cach week. one praycr mccting is run online and a 5¢cond in person. At the start of 2023. Small groups were re-introduced. There are cu￿¢￿tlY S STnall groups meeting ea¢h tortnight, with 65 individuals signed-up lo attend. The ongoin8 aclivities of th¢ church, namely Sunday School. youn8 people groups. kids, clubs, and monihly liidies, tn¥¢tin¥s all Lonlinue lo operate and me¢1 the Deeds ofihe IvLal cumtnunity. A tnonthly men's meeting was introduced in the final quarter Df the year. The needs of the community Are &lwAyS under consideration and various families were supported. Respective responsibilities of Trustees and examiner The Charity's trustees ar¢ responsible for the preparation of the account5 in accordance with the tems of the Charities and Trnstee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Chariiies Account5 (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended).
