**What the charity does:** To inspire people of all backgrounds and ages to enjoy and understand the history and heritage of Nairn and surrounding area. Through the Museum’s activities, to encourage and develop community engagement and participation. We do this by providing both permanent and temporary exhibitions in the museum itself, to attract a wide range of visitors, and through activities aimed at extending the reach of the museum to the community, both geographical and communities of interest

**Objectives:** To advance and promote the education of the general public, and in particular the inhabitants of, without disctinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions by associating voluntary organisation, local authorities and other bodies
