**What the charity does:** Rape Crisis Grampian (RCG) is a voluntary organisation established in response to the urgent need for a specialist service supporting individuals affected by rape, sexual abuse, and exploitation. We provide free, confidential emotional and advocacy support to survivors aged 11 and over, regardless of when the abuse occurred. Our work is grounded in feminist principles, human rights, and equality. These values underpin the nationally accredited Rape Crisis training delivered to all staff and volunteers, ensuring a consistent, trauma-informed, and survivor-centred approach.
