The purpose as set out in the Trust Deed of The Montrave Hall Trust is to provide a village hall for the local communities of Lundin Links, Largo and Newburn. All funds accumulated for these purposes are unrestricted as to use. Certain funds arising from donations and fund raising activities have been designated for the use on major upgrading to the Hall facilities but are not restricted for these purposes in the even that they are needed for other purposes as determined by the Committee.

Objectives: For the purposes of psysical and mental training and recreation, and social, moral and intelliectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, classes, recreation or otherwise as may be found expedient of the inhabitants of Largo and Newburn in the County of Fife without distinction of sex or of political, religious, or other opinionssubject to the provisions of these presents.
