Governing document

The Killiecrankie Memorial Hall Trust is controiled by its governing document, a Deed of Trust dated 7 August 1947.

Charitable purposes

The Killiecrankie Memorial Hall Trust is run by the Management Committee for the advancement of citizenship or community development and the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture, recreation, fitness and leisure.

Activities and achievements

The Trust is grateful to the SSE Renewables Hydro Community Fund for the grant of £21,643 towards the installation of solar panels, car-charging points and related electrical works.

This has already resulted in a reduction im electricity consurned over the course of tne year, and will have a further impact this year with the panels in operation for a full twelve months. It is also anticipated that the car chargers will provide a benefit to the local community as electric car ownership increases while providing a small income stream to the Hall.
