Our No Life Half Lived strategy outlines our belief that every person with our conditions should have access to quality supported self management and community recovery. Our Community Healthcare Support Service ensures that we can provide one-to-one support tailored to the needs of each person. From our free, confidential Advice Line and community support services to our Peer Support Groups and Health Information, our services ensure that nobody has to recover alone. We also campaign for better care and services for people with chest, heart and stroke conditions and Long Covid, provide Health Defence services to help people live healthier lives and invest in services to support the future care of people with our conditions.
