**What the charity does:** The Society is set up to advance education and promote good practice in contamination control for the benefit of public health. It achieves this by organising seminars, training events and knowledge-sharing activities for its members and others with an interest in contamination control. Training and educational opportunities are provided at reduced cost to improve accessibility and support professional development, The Society also encourages the sharing of best practice and contributes to the development and standardisation of effective contamination control methods

**Objectives:** The objectives of the society are:- 2.1 To advance the education of the public in matters relating to the practice and science of contamination Control. 2.2 To assist in the development of Contamination Control for the benefit of the public not only for  the advancement of education of the public but, also, for the furtherance of their health. 2.3 To assist in the standardisation of effective methods of contamination control
