The Spark is dedicated to improving mental health, emotional wellbeing, and relationships across Scotland. We achieve this by providing high-quality, evidence-based, rights-informed, and accessible therapeutic services for individuals, couples, families, children and young people. Our goal is to support them towards healthier, happier lives, helping them to build resilience and ignite positive change. Beyond counselling, we also deliver comprehensive professional training and psychoeducational programmes. This equips other people and organisations with the essential skills to contribute to our purpose, fostering a wider community of support and understanding. Our vision is a Scotland where counselling and mental health support are universally accessible to everyone, irrespective of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, religion, relationship status, disability, or financial circumstances.
