**What the charity does:** Title to the property is held in the name of 5 trustees with a committee of management reponsible for the day to day running of the village hall.  It is used by local groups for mental health and wellbeing activities, social activities, birthday parties, wakes, social functions and is the polling station on election day.  We aim to have the day to day running costs covered by the rental income and we fund raise to cover refurbishment/repairs.

**Objectives:** The trust was established for the for the purposes of physical and mental training and recreation, and social, moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, classes, recreation or otherwise as may be found expedient of the inhabitants of the Parish of St. Cyrus in the County of Kincardine without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions subject to the provisions of these presents
