RESERVES As a result of the surplus/(deficit) of £15,720 for the year (2025: £13.246). the Trust held unrestricted fimds of £41.182 (2025: £25,462) at th¢ year end. RespectSve responsibilities of trustees and examiner The Trust¢es are responsiblc for the prepar&tion of the accounts in accordance with the teTms of the Charities and Trustee Investmcnt (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended). The Trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(I}(d) of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as T¢quired under Section 4411){c) of the 2005 Act and to stste whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of Independent examiner's statement My examination is carried out in A¢¢ordance with Regulation I l of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting r¢¢ords kept by the Trust and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeks explanations from the Trnstees ¢on¢erning ally such matters. The procedures undertaken do llot provide all the ¢vidence that would be required in an audiL 8nd consequently. I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
