The Clydesdale Citizens Advice Bureau is an independent organisation, governed by its Board of Directors and with charitable status. The Bureau provides a comprehensive advice service for the residents of Clydesdale. Our main office is based in Lanark and we service weekly outreach surgeries in Coalburn, Douglas, Biggar, Kirkmuirhill and Forth and a monthly outreach in Crawford, providing information, advice and support for people from rural areas, often the most isolated and outlying areas.
Objectives: The company's object are to promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the Clydesdale area of South Lanarkshire by the advancement of eduaction, the protection of health and the relief of poverty, sickness and distress.
