awareness of Scottish agriculture.
Unfortunately. the Winter Poukny Showdid Rot 80 ahead in Febrn8ry2024 du¢to Aviao flu rcstrictions.
Our AnnLial Show was h¢ld on Saturday * SeptemEKr 20?4. it w&sa lovely swlny warn) day. The
good weather cnsurcd the show was v¢ry wcll all￿nd￿ by i'isi¢oTS, as well as by exhibitors and trade
stand holdcrs. Th¢ wultry 5knw baL'k again &8 Avian Flu re￿iCE10n$ had been lifted and it was
vcry w¢ll support¢d wilh exhibiwrs travelling from far afield. Everyone enjoyed the afternoon with
attractions such as the ridden Cl)"desdales, the grand parnle: the vintage tractor parade: Craigievern's
Pig Racing and being entertained by The Arting Bairns of st￿ehOuSe, Morag Arthur's High]and
dancers. line dancing from Bunkhouse Country and Western Club and a Highland Games displas by
lan Smith where spectat(Ks were encouraged to take pmrt.

The charitys trustees are responsible for the prepardtion of the accounts in accordance with the
terms of the Charities Trustee Investment (Scotlandl Act 2C05 and the Charities Accounts (Scotlandl
Regulations 2(J)6. The charity trustees consider the audit requirement of Regulation Iolllldl of the
Accounts Regulations doe5 not 6pply. It 15 WTry responsibiltty to examine the accounts as required
under Seclion 44llllc} of Att and to state whether particular matters have come to my
attention.
Basis of Independent Examln¢rfs statement
My examination is carried out in accordan￿ wtth ￿gulatIOn 11 of the Charities Accounts1Scotlèndl
Regulations 2(M)6. An examination includes review of the accountin8 records kept by the charity and
COTnparison of the account5 presented with those records. It also includes consideration of anv
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeks explanetions from the tntstees Con￿rning
such matters. Tr procedures undenaken do not provlde all the eviden￿ that would be required in
an audit. and consequentty I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
