The supw1 from our eommittee, parents, and carers has also played a vital role4elFxng to enrich the d)ildren's leaming thr[￿gh fundraising events held over the year. This year our manager has undertaken and L7)mpleted an oUtd￿r leaming course, Leaming Through Landscapes.. Forest Kindergarten Outdoor PraCt￿'OneT. We were also thrilled to Wel￿Me an OUtd￿r practtioner to our team. whose wealth of knol￿edge has been invaluable. not only enriching the children's experiences but also inspiring and supporting our staff along Ihe way. Details of any deficit This year, we faced a defiL?t of£10,970, primarily due to inLYeased staffing cost, refiecting both a rise in staff numbers to accommodate the growng number of chiklren attending the setting and a significant uplift in the national minimum wage. Donated facilities and services rrf anyl Through(xrt the year. we were gratefvl to receive generous donations from parents on behalf of the group.
