**What the charity does:** We are an engineering Apprenticship Provider generally for the companies in and around Edinburgh, for a range of engineering disciplines. We employ qualified engineering assessor/verifiers to deliver and quality assure our activities. We are also registered by the appropriate secto awarding bodies EAL & Enginuity. Whilst being approved by SDS.

**Objectives:** The objects are to advance the theoretical and practical education and training of persons engaged or intending to be engaged in the engineering industry as defined under the Industrial Training Act 1964, or any Act amending or replacing it, and to extend such provision or assistance to the training or education of members of the public general. The ways in which these objects are to be carried out are by providing training centres, workshops, libraries, etc.
