To promote health, education, sport or cultural opportunities for all those who   have served in the Regiment or their families/dependants.   c. To apply funds for the improvement, efficiency, benefit or welfare of The Black Watch, 3rd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, in accordance with the general spirit of the Black Watch Regimental Trust Fund's original purposes.
