The church is congregational in its style of governance and has complete autonomy in its govemance. The church is administered in accordance with the temis of Tts constitution and by-laws. The church is also a member of the Baptist Union of Scotland to whose Declaration of Principle the Church subscribes. Trustee recruitment and appointment The trustees of the ehureh, as defined by the Charities Act 2011, are the group of people individuals who have the general control and management of the administration. Indwiduals who are appointed as leaders and fulfil the criteria set out above are, by definition, trustees. Objectives and activities Charitable purposes The principal purpose of RBC is the advancement of religion, specifically the Christian farth in accordance wrth biblical doctrine and Baptist theology. Other purposes include education. specrfically but not exclusively wrth younger age group- and identfying and assisting with need5 and hardships. Summary of the main activities in relation to these objects Dunng the year, the church advanced rts charitable pu￿OSe5 primarity through regular public worship services. Bible teaching. prayer meetings, and pastoral care. We provided Christian education through a children's FKhJramme for pre- school and primary age kids. A weekty food bank is operate frc*m our premises. In addition, the church facilttated communtty engagement by hosting a weekly parent-and-toddler group. a monthly famity pizza night, and an annual Thanksgwing meal all open to the public and aligned wrth our Christian values.

APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period Renfrew Baptist Church successfijlly maintained services of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ that were open to the public every Sunday moming. During those Se￿iceS communion was administered along wrth songs of worship and bible teaching followed by times of fellowship afterwards. Average attendan￿ was approximately 48 adults and 16 children. The pre-school and primary school age group held their own age appropriats lessons in the back hall during Sunday servi￿. Renfrew Baptist Church provided a parent and toddlers actrvity group during the week to approximately 12 parents and carers with their pre school child or children. Each Wednesday night also saw a prayer meeting from 7.30pm to 8.30pm where open prayer and bible reading were prevalent. The churth employs a part time ministry leader to worf( alongside the pastor. solely financed by an overseas grant. The thurch offers a live streamed Sunday rmrning service on Facebook. every Sunday. Renfrew food bank has been able to use the church premises on a Thursday moming to administer food packages to those most in need. Financial review Brief statement of the charty's policy on reserves The churche5 funds are contributed largely by members and also those attending services on a regular basis. Donations and offerings are received throughout the year and are given for either general or specific use. The churches funds are administered by the Eldership and are used both in the day-t￿aY running of the church and also lo meet it's objectives. The Trustees are continuing to monitor the churches reserves in order to ensure funds are sufficient lo enable the church to a¢h￿ve its goals and objectives for both its members and the wider community.
