**What the charity does:** The objective of the charity is to support families who may be in any way affected by a family member's drug and/or alcohol misuse. We aim to make a positive difference in the lives of people looking for support through various routes such as one to one emotional support, referral to peer led support groups and being there to provide advice, guidance, signposting and assistance where appropriate. Our Spa also allows for people to access holistic therapies. We also encourage the development of individual Family Support, Bereavement and Kinship Groups. These services are delivered by a committed and caring team of Management, staff and volunteers who promote and protect the welfare of vulnerable people and their families. We ensure that our services are economic, efficient and effective whilst being open and responsive to the needs of the people using our service.
