Hall. Provision of Hall for use by various local groups and clubs for
recreational activities, classes and meetings. Organisation of various
social events in the Hall including ‘New Year Social’ ceilidh, ‘Spring Fair’,
Christmas Party (with gifts for local children). Monthly meetings to discuss
and organise Hall related tasks, local issues and needs,||

## **Achievements and performance**

**the charity during the financial period**|The Hall has been reasonably busy during this period, numbers of people
attending events remains fewer than before the Covid pandemic. Regular
events have included keep fit classes, youth group, Scottish country
dancing with some use by individuals in the community (internet /
equipment / meeting room) when needed. The Hall has been used by
Scout groups as a base for organisers and also for local children’s parties
and a wedding. Coffee mornings, games night and Spring fair events have
been organised and held.
Some fencing around the Hall has been renewed (also along shared
boundary between Hall parking spaces and Tearoom) and some external
painting carried out. A cleaner is being employed on a monthly basis.|

||Reserves and funds will continue to be used to maintain and improve Hall
facilities and equipment and for the good of the local Community or local
causes as the Association finds appropriate.|
||Deficit of £3,415
The deficit in funds this year is mainly due to increased fuel costs and
outlay for renewal of fencing. Current use / charges do not bring in enough
revenue to fully cover running costs.|
||TWA membership (trustees) are all unpaid volunteers from the local
community and their time is given for free.|
