**What the charity does:** The Charitable Trust was created in the Testamentary Trust Disposition and Settlement of the late Mrs Sarah Finnie or Arbuckle dated 23rd December 1911. The Trust purposes  - as set out above - are achieved by investing the Trust Property with an investment management firm and the income generated is applied to meet the purposes of the Trust.

**Objectives:** (1) For the purpose of augmenting the emoluments of the Ministers of the First  and Second Charges of Kilmarnock. (2) (a) For the benefit of such Agencies in connection with congregational work carried on in Laigh Church as Trustees may select, with special mention of the Sabbath School and Dorcas Society. (b) For the benefit of the National Bible Society and West of Scotland Bible Society. (c) For schemes connected with the Church of Scotland, at home or abroad, as the Trustees may decide.
