The trustees have the authority to invest the Charity s fimds. but no such investments have
be¢n made ihi5 >ear. In the current y¢ar. the Charity receised donatiolls of14,350 in addAtion
to rent of120.870. Distribution of studenl grants w&$ 7).342.
We now make larger grants to Yeshiv&8 and Kollelim, establisliments of higher Torah and
RabbiDical study in many parts of UK and in Israel. We also continue to make grants to
independant students show promise of becoming l¢aders and rdbbis. Our activities in
Israel have stsbilized and it is expected that there will be finther d¢v¢lopment in Scotland. AIE
known risks have been considered and assessed. The Charity, generally does not hold reserve
as income is usually dÉstribuied as it is rtteive
The admtnistration of the charity is carried out b) the trnstees. The Trustees did not receive
any remuneration from the cF￿rAty during th¢ year: nor w'ere the), reimbursed for any
expenses incurred on behaIf of the Charity. IK5ide5 travel expense5.
Tn￿te¢s, responsibilities
The Trustees are required under the Charities Accounts (Scotland) RcguIation5 2￿6 and the
Charities and Trustee I￿￿est￿ent (Scotland) Act ?005 to prepare financial statements for each
fjnancial year which give a true and fair Triew of the Charity's financial activities during the
year and its fmancial FK)sition at the end of that year. In preparing financial Statements giNing
a trne and fair view, the trustees should follow best practice and.

My examination w&s carried out in accordance with Regulation I l of the Charities Accounts
(Scotland) Regvulations 2006, the general direction given bs, the Office of the Scottish Charity
Regulator. My ¢xamination include5 a reN'ieM" of tbe accounting records kept by the Cbarity
and a comparison of th¢ accounts PTeseT]ted with those records. It also includes consideration
of any unusual item5 or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as
