The RSGS is a dynamic, educational charity, working across Scotland and beyond to promote geographical understanding and joined-up thinking. We organise inspirational public talks and events, publish an excellent magazine, share ideas through our broad network, engage in important policy discussions, champion the teaching of Geography, maintain a fascinating historical collection, and develop exciting projects.
Objectives: The Company is established for charitable purposes (as defined below) and the objects for which the Company is established are to promote the study and wider awareness of Geography and its contribution to the understanding of environmental, cultural and social issues in both Scotland and internationally.
