**What the charity does:** Devana acknowledges it's distinctive call and duty to bring the ordinances of the Christian religion to the people within its local parish. Worship is central to the life of the church, as is mission and outreach, especially to local schools, and the local student population, as well as those who live locally. It supports other charities locally, and runs weekly coffee shops at both sites, as well as serving as drop in place for the local community. It collects funds both for local and overseas charities. We are concerned especially for those who may be isolated and seek to reach out to them in various ways. We run children and youth groups and are actively involved in the lives of the schools. Our buildings are used by a variety of organisations making community happen. We are home to local Girl Guides, Baby & Toddler groups, Youth Theatre, Dance Groups along with a variety of other license premise users.
