To preserve, restore and improve the environment, with particular reference to environmental and townscape regeneration projects which enhance the urban environment in the interests of the general public. To promote, operate and/or support other charitable projects and initiatives (whether related to the fields referred to in the preceding paragraphs or otherwise) for the benefit of the community, as the Directors of the company may consider appropriate from time to time
