Governance & Management Governing Document The Church was adminislered in accordance with the te￿S of the Unitary Conslitution which was approved by the General Assembly on 14" September 2017 Recrultment & Appolntment of Trustees Members of the Kirk Session are the Charity, Triislees. The Kirk Session members re Ihe elders of the church and are chosen from those members of the church who are CO￿ldered lo have Ihe appropriate gifts and skills. The niiiiisler or interim moderator, who is a member of the Kirk Session. is elected by the congregation and inducted by Presbytrry. Year ended 31 December 2024 All the necessary repairs and maintenance to the church and the manse have been carried out and all properties are in good order. The Property Committee has done an excellent job and has also arranged all necessary repair£ a% w811 as work on the groui',ds. The eler.trical system on the propety is in good order, and both Ihe boiler systems have been Se￿l￿d and are in good repair. The congregation still Iiolds a small ￿serve in trust with the General Trustees, in case of emergency and conlingency projects. The Trustees on the Kirk Session lake respon8lbilily for all fundTalsing events and a special gift month was held during the year. Despite a reduction in income lo the General Fund. the finances ol the congregation and the reserves tlial are held by the General Truslees are sound and reflect the generous support given by the rNembers of the church. This will Ilow the Church to continue to perform all its ch8rilah5e functions to the full, through the diligence of the Trustees and members, and by the grace of God.
