**What the charity does:** Support of anyone living with a disability or chronic health condition and their carers to have the same life chances as non-disabled.  Based in a small office  in Stirling, we support clients throughout the Forth Valley.  Our volunteer advisors will take them through a start to finish process when applying for appropriate benefits.  We will support our clients with access issues and housing issues. We can  help with applications for small grants and refer to our local foodbank. If we are unable to help, we will signpost to other organisations - both voluntary and statutory - who can. Our support is objective, non-judgmental and free.
