**What the charity does:** Exists to provide audio recordings of the local newspaper each week to blind and visually impaired people in the local area. We also publish a monthly magazine recording of useful and interesting articles.  This is provided on memory sticks and we also provide a suitable player to each listener if required. This is free of charge to the listener.  We now provide an online version to those who can access it.

**Objectives:** The object of the Association is to relieve the blind, or partially sighted, or those labouring under some temporary or permanent incapacity .or disability which makes reading a strain, by the provision of cassette tapes, CDs or other digital media
