The objects for which the Association is established are:-  3.1 To relieve and/or support those in need by reason of age or disability or some other disadvantage resulting in additional support needs, within Scotland, which may include (without prejudice to that generality):- 3.1.1 Providing, arranging for, assisting in or promoting the provision of accommodation, respite, care and other services for such individuals, and/or managing such services. 3.1.2 Advancing (through education, training and work experience) the employment prospects of such individuals. 3.1.3 Providing social inclusion opportunities for such individuals. 3.1.4 Conducting research into or reviews of the needs of such individuals. and 3.1.5 Promoting and/or supporting other similar projects and programmes, which further charitable purposes
