## Recruitment and Appointment of Trustees; 

All the club trustees were re-appointed by the members. Nobody else wished to join the Committee.

## Governing Document and Charitable Purposes 

The Club is a charitable unincorporated association whose purpose and administration arrangements are set out in the constitution. The object of the club is the recreational activities to improve the conditions of life for people over the age of 55 in the area Westhill and surrounding district. 

## Activities and Achievements 

Throughout the year (September to June) we have had a variety of entertainment including ; A Choir (Sweet Adelines) ; Musicians {nova Quartet); Garioch Fiddlers and the Critter Keeper to name a few. We had our Annual Christmas party at the Holiday Inn Westhill on the 12th December 2024 to which 70 persons attended. On Thursday 15t May 2025 approx 30 people went on a bus outing to the Haughton Arms Hotel in Alford, and approx. 30 attended a lunch at the Shepherds Rest here in Westhill. 

## Trustees Remuneration and Expenses 

The Trustees did not receive any remuneration or expenses during the year but were reimbursed for refreshment and stationery items purchased on behalf of the club. 

## Reserves 

The receipt and payment account show funds of £5717.32 in the Business Current Account (as at 21/7/2025) and £10,203.19 in a Liquidity Manager 35 day account (interest received) as at 21/7/2025
