The trustees consider applications from organisations who work with the elderly and from social work on behalf of elderly individuals and make donations as appropriate.

Objectives: (a) Instituting or supporting financial provision for the welfare of the elderly and/or infirm in reduced circumstances with particular regard to those suffering from physical disability. (b) Making financial provision for the admission to the maintenance in Eventide Homes or similar establishments of suitable applicants whose financial resources are insufficient to meet the payments required. (c) Assisting the elderly and/or infirm by the provision of medical services, appliances and comforts not obtainable under the National Health Service facilities available at the time. (d) Making financial provision for home clothing and other necessaries. and (e) Making financial provision whereby the indigent elderly and/or infirm may enjoy a holiday in suitable surroundings and contributing to any scheme, trust, organisation or other body whose aims are similar to the purposes of this Trust.
